Frequently asked questions

How do I resize a shipping label to 4×6?

Drop the PDF on the home page, keep Fit whole page selected, and press Resize. The output is an exact 4×6 inch PDF — landscape pages are rotated 90° first if auto-rotate is on. Print it at 100% scale on your thermal printer.

How do I split a page with two labels into two labels?

Use the Split 2-up sheet mode. It is designed for the standard marketplace printout: one portrait Letter or A4 page holding two stacked labels. Each half of the sheet becomes its own 4×6 page in the output PDF.

Are my labels uploaded anywhere?

No. The tool runs entirely in your browser using local PDF processing. Your labels — which contain addresses and tracking barcodes — never leave your computer, and you can use the tool offline once the page is loaded.

Can I process multiple labels at once?

Yes. Add any number of PDFs; the output is one merged 4×6 PDF in file order, so a whole day of shipments prints in a single job. Use Remove to drop individual files from the queue.

The tool says it cannot process my PDF.

Encrypted or password-protected PDFs cannot be re-composed. Re-download the label from your carrier or marketplace dashboard (fresh downloads are rarely protected) and try again.

Which printers does the output work with?

Any printer that takes 4×6 inch paper: Rollo, Zebra, MUNBYN, iDPRT, DYMO 4XL, and inkjets or lasers loaded with 4×6 stock. The output is a plain PDF — no driver-specific tricks.

Does rotation change my barcode?

No. Rotation is a lossless 90° turn of the same vector content; barcodes scan identically. Only the orientation on the paper changes.

Do you support other label sizes?

4×6 inch is the thermal standard and the focus of v1. If you need another output size, tell us via the contact page — the engine takes one constant to change.
